Pre-Medical Screening
All clients accessing the pool will be required to complete a medical form prior to their appointment. This will be sent to you electronically once you book an appointment.
Please do not attend the pool if you have had any sickness or diarrhea within 48 hours of your appointment
Access into the Pool
Please note the access into the pool is via 4 steps. There is a hand rail for support and a step over the side.
Unfortunately there is no hoist at the site.
Pool Temperature
Due to the multi-use of the pool by other companies for an array of activities the temperature of the pool is set at 31-32 degrees. This is warmer than most local swimming pools but not as hot as a hot tub.
Please remember to bring your own towel. There are individual showers in personal changing rooms to use after your session.
Children Under 3
Nappies
Please note all children aged under 3 accessing the pool must be in double swim nappies. This should include a reusable swim nappy or a paper swim nappy with a Splash About Baby and Toddler Happy Nappy Reusable Style nappy over the top.
This is imperative to stop potential leaks and explosions which can lead to the pool being out of action for 24-48 hours.

Hydrotherapy Warwickshire require 48 hours notice to cancel any appointments. Unfortunately if appointments are cancelled within 48 hours we are unable to offer a refund or rescheduling.
